When lockdown happened I stepped to the front and together we created REALWORK, an online community for women freelancers and founders adjusting to the changing times.
If you were a part of it you will know that confidence grew, meaningful connections were made its impact was far reaching.
Time has moved on, we have changed and, after a beautiful sabbatical I am stepping to the front again.

Research shows that professionally, women are less self-assured than men (‘The confidence gap’), We often feel that before we can earn more, or truly succeed, we need to learn more.
In fact, we know enough, often way more than our male counterparts. We have enough education, experience and mentoring.
We need somewhere to feel known, where we can ask questions, connect and find peer support.
With an ethos of collaboration and psychological safety there is no judgement, whether you are going it alone or scaling up we all have something to offer and something to learn.

The Font is an ad-free, meme-free refuge where you don’t need to read scary headlines or be distracted and disillusioned by your news feed.
The Font happens inside our private Slack community where you get direct access to me all the time and once a week we meet on Zoom. That’s it. No bells and whistles required, no time-sucking webinars to attend, just this accessible, supportive peer community led by me.
